Field Applications Specialist (Diagnostics)

Location: Le Mans, France; ideally based in Brittany or Normandy. Classified as a remote worker, with travel across France and overnight stays of up to 50% as needed.

What you will do

• Install and maintain diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospitals and independent laboratories.
• Provide professional technical support and training to Beckman Coulter customers.
• Maintain customer support logs and internal records, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Support successful customer installations and participate in key implementation projects.
• Work cross-functionally to develop commercial awareness and support growth opportunities for diagnostic solutions and new products.
• Travel independently within the assigned territory and to other areas of France.

Requirements

• University degree in a scientific discipline.
• At least one year of experience in analytical chemistry and immunoassays.
• Fluent French and English.
• Ability to interact with customers on a detailed scientific basis and understand their technical needs.
• Availability to travel across France, including overnight stays of up to 50%.
• Valid driving licence, good driving record, and flexibility to work according to business needs.
