Mid IT Systems & IAM Engineer

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid office-first setup with on-site work 80% of the time and remote work 20% of the time

Salary: €30,000–€42,800 per year

What you will do

• Own the Identity and Access Management architecture, including user identities, roles, positions, and directory structures.
• Build and maintain automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows for high-volume onboarding.
• Manage integrations across Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, Google Workspace, webhooks, SCIM, and REST APIs.
• Partner with Legal, Security, Infrastructure, Support, and Systems teams on access governance and application access.
• Improve internal workflows using AI tools, YepCode, and agile operating practices.
• Support single sign-on and identity lifecycle management across company applications.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT systems, cloud infrastructure, or Identity and Access Management.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance, automated provisioning, lifecycle management, and directory structures.
• Experience with modern SaaS management tools and high-volume onboarding environments.
• Experience with Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, Google Workspace, or comparable identity platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Bash, or Ruby on Rails.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast-paced technology environment or scale-up.
• Familiarity with YepCode, AI-powered operational tools, Scrum, or Kanban.
