Systems Analyst - Field Support Services

Location: Support Services Headquarters Building; on-site support and domestic and international travel may be required

What you will do

• Provide hardware support for front-of-the-house applications.
• Resolve business issues reported through the ticketing system and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Provide on-site technical and operational support for new openings.
• Configure, support, maintain, and implement applications according to established specifications and business needs.
• Develop and maintain clear technical and user documentation.
• Collaborate with technology departments, external vendors, and partners on supported products and their place in the technology stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional, team-oriented environments.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by IT management.
• Ability to work in office and operating areas, including environments with secondhand smoke and excessive noise.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, use hands, reach, communicate, and lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of experience supporting retail, restaurant, or hospitality systems.
• Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale, inventory, seating, or kitchen display systems.
• Multilingual skills.
