Systems Analyst - Retail & Restaurants

Location: Support Services Headquarters Building; on-site support during new openings and domestic and international travel may be required

What you will do

• Configure, support, maintain, and implement applications and hardware based on business requirements.
• Provide hardware support for front-of-house applications.
• Resolve issues reported through the business ticketing system and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Provide on-site technical and operational support for new openings.
• Create, update, and maintain technical and user documentation.
• Collaborate with technology teams, external vendors, and partners on product use and technology-stack integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by IT management.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of experience supporting retail, restaurant, or hospitality systems.
• Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale, inventory, seating, or kitchen display systems.
• Multilingual ability.
