TL;DR
Operations Systems Analyst I (Electronic Warfare): Integrating and testing U.S. Navy SLQ-32 electronic warfare systems for the Softkill Coordination Subsystem with an accent on threat-system analysis, embedded Linux software, and verification procedures. Focus on evaluating test results, troubleshooting technical issues, and developing technical documentation for electronic warfare operations.
Location: On-site at Dahlgren Naval Base in Dahlgren/King George, Virginia, five days per week

What you will do
- Perform integration and testing of U.S. Navy electronic warfare systems, including SLQ-32 V6 and V7 variants.
- Design, develop, integrate, verify, and test modular embedded Linux software systems.
- Develop product-testing procedures, review test results, and recommend production or design changes.
- Analyze threat systems, red-adversary tactics, kill chains, blue-force OPLANS, and Fleet operations.
- Support Electronic Maneuver Warfare, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and the development of electronic warfare gaps and capabilities.
- Organize and lead meetings, workshops, and conferences while collaborating with technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret Clearance are required.
- Electronic warfare experience and willingness to work on-site at Dahlgren Naval Base five days per week are required.
- Eight years of experience, or equivalent experience, in threat-system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy electronic warfare systems.
- Knowledge of systems development and testing, technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, SOPs, and developmental and operational test and evaluation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, written communication, and teamwork skills.
- Minimal to no travel is expected.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with Agile methodology.
