Operations Systems Analyst (Electronic Warfare)

Location: Dahlgren Naval Base, King George, Virginia, United States; on-site 5 days per week

What you will do

• Perform integration and testing of Navy electronic warfare systems, including SLQ-32 V6/V7 variants.
• Develop and implement product testing procedures and evaluate test results.
• Design, develop, integrate, verify, and test modular embedded Linux software systems.
• Analyze threat systems, adversary tactics, kill chains, fleet operations, and electronic warfare capabilities.
• Create and review technical documentation, CONOPS, CONEMP, TTPs, SOPs, and developmental and operational test documentation.
• Recommend production or design changes to support quality and performance standards for the SKCS program.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work on-site at Dahlgren Naval Base 5 days per week.
• U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret Clearance are required.
• At least 10 years of experience, or equivalent, in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy electronic warfare systems.
• Experience with electronic maneuver warfare systems, electromagnetic spectrum operations, and electronic warfare gaps and capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, verbal communication, and teamwork skills.
• Minimal to no travel is expected.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience organizing and leading large meetings, workshops, or conferences.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
