What you will do
- Conduct legal research for Corporate & Finance matters.
- Provide legal translation in Chinese and English.
- Prepare legal memoranda.
- Draft legal documents in Chinese and English.
Requirements
- Be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, graduating in 2027 or 2028.
- Have a high level of English fluency.
- Demonstrate strong legal research and writing abilities.
- Be detail-oriented, quick to learn, and willing to work in a team.
- Manage tasks effectively and work under pressure.
Nice to have
- PRC bar qualification.
- Previous experience in a PRC or international law firm.
