What you will do
- Research EHS law, regulations, and policy in Chinese-speaking jurisdictions.
- Monitor existing legislation and draft EHS laws to identify future regulatory requirements.
- Prepare written reports that help industry measure regulatory compliance.
- Depending on language skills and experience, research EHS requirements in additional countries.
Requirements
- Law degree obtained in a Chinese-speaking country.
- Strong analytical research and legal writing skills.
- Fluency in Chinese and English is essential.
- Interest in and understanding of EHS law and industrial processes.
