Senior Construction Project Manager - Mission Critical

Location: Atlanta, United States; travel required for projects as needed.

Construction and development organization delivering complex projects, including national mission-critical facilities.

What you will do

• Manage project team members, subcontractors, budgets, schedules, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead preconstruction activities, including bid procedures, bid reviews, estimating, procurement strategy, vendor qualification, and scheduling.
• Manage quality assurance, quality control, and commissioning processes.
• Evaluate construction risks, negotiate contracts, and support budget decisions.
• Oversee design development and lead construction progress meetings.
• Cultivate relationships with project owners and professional groups involved in delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management.
• At least 10 years of proven construction project management experience, preferably in the mission-critical industry.
• Ability and willingness to travel for projects.
• Employment eligibility must be verified for work in the United States.
• Knowledge of complex mission-critical MEP systems and commissioning processes.
• Experience with critical work Methods of Procedures and management tools including Microsoft Office, Procore, and P6.
