Commercial Construction Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical

What you will do

• Manage small and large-scale projects from discovery and design through development, implementation, and closeout.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards, company policies, and project quality control plans.
• Negotiate contract terms, conditions, time extensions, and scope-related resolutions with clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress through updated schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Lead preconstruction and RFP package efforts with internal resources.
• Acquire new work, maintain client relationships, assign project personnel, and delegate responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience successfully acquiring or contacting at least one new client.
• Ability to manage multiple project management efforts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• A four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred; additional work experience may substitute for a degree.
