What you will do
- Conduct legal research in intellectual property matters.
- Provide legal translation between Chinese and English.
- Prepare legal memoranda.
- Draft legal documents in Chinese and English.
Requirements
- Be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IP Law, graduating in 2027 or 2028.
- High-level English fluency is required.
- Demonstrate strong legal research and writing skills.
- Be detail-oriented, quick to learn, willing to work in a team, and able to work under pressure.
- PRC bar qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience in a PRC or international law firm is preferred.
