Engineering & Technical Intern (Manufacturing)

Salary: $28.59–$37.88 per hour

What you will do

• Work cross-functionally on high-impact engineering and technical projects.
• Research new and existing projects and support major decision-making.
• Develop proposed solutions using a continuous improvement mindset.
• Attend department meetings and create action plans based on feedback.
• Collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Present internship projects, experiences, and outcomes to department leadership.

Requirements

• Current junior or rising senior pursuing a bachelor's degree.
• No prior work experience required.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Clear written and oral communication, including presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and support manufacturing operations.

Nice to have

• One year of previous internship experience.
