Global Payroll Implementation Specialist (Payroll)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for payroll customers during implementation and transition to hirify.global’s Global Payroll products.
• Collect and validate customer and employee payroll data for new setups by legal entity.
• Configure the Global Payroll system and coordinate parallel payroll runs, wage-based tax reconciliations, and payroll go-live.
• Verify payroll and tax configurations against statutory regulations and hand over accurate payrolls to Payroll Operations.
• Provide customer training and ongoing support while maintaining strong working relationships.
• Maintain process documentation and contribute to platform improvements through UAT testing and automation.

Requirements

• Several years of global payroll implementation experience, including statutory tax regulations and payroll processing.
• Several years of technical implementation setup experience using local payroll software.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end global payroll and HR processes, payroll operations, and statutory requirements.
• Experience with accounting reconciliations, data management, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders independently in a fast-paced international environment.
• Fluent English is required. Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel and ability to work in a MacBook Pro environment are also required.

• Previous hirify.global-work experience.
• Working knowledge of Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Monday.com, Salesforce, or DACH payroll software.
