Payroll Services Consultant (UK Payroll)

Location: Kilkenny, Ireland; hybrid working from the Kilkenny office

Salary: €37,500–€45,000 gross annual, plus potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Run full end-to-end UK payrolls for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Gather and validate data required to implement and operate client payrolls.
• Work with the Implementation team to configure payroll software for new clients.
• Process monthly payrolls, including HMRC submissions, net pay transfers, and HMRC payments.
• Provide status updates to the Payroll Manager and escalate project risks and issues.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to analyze data and reach sound conclusions.
• Strong client engagement, communication, presentation, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Payroll experience is advantageous but not required; full training is provided.
• A relevant university degree is advantageous but not required.
