Solution Engineer (Integration Engineer)

What you will do

• Configure and implement hirify.global solutions across client environments.
• Develop and manage integrations using Boomi, hirify.global Integrate, and Microsoft SQL Server, including data mapping, validation, and issue resolution.
• Translate business requirements into logical workflows and technical configurations.
• Lead client-facing workshops and configuration walkthroughs for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analyse root causes of integration and system-level issues, including third-party API problems.
• Deliver administrative training, maintain documentation, and support implementation quality standards.

Requirements

• Experience with technical implementation, operations, or support in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Strong experience delivering integrations end to end.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including complex queries, joins, and data transformations.
• Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, integration patterns, and data mapping.
• Familiarity with Boomi or a comparable integration platform, plus Regular Expressions for data parsing and transformation.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
