What you will do

• Maintain and update detailed vessel sailing schedules in Core.
• Coordinate schedule information with Gateway teams and other stakeholders.
• Publish accurate schedules and communicate updates in a timely manner.
• Review schedules to reduce discrepancies between automated sourcing outputs and offline schedules.
• Support the timely release of Shipping Orders to the correct sailings, particularly during high-volume and peak-season periods.
• Collaborate with Gateway Planning, Product, and BCO Management on schedule feasibility and product development.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of repetitive tasks in a fast-paced operations environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate proactively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with digital tools.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute ideas for process improvement.
