Management Trainee (Logistics)

Location: Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. Full-time onsite role. Following successful completion of the program, relocation to a designated branch in China is required according to business development needs.

What you will do

• Complete a structured 6–12-month Management Associate Program.
• Learn the products, services, systems, policies, procedures, workflows, and standards used at the Ningbo branch.
• Rotate through entry-level and desk-level operations across product departments.
• Gain exposure to finance, sales, customer retention, and management functions.
• Develop the knowledge and skills required for future supervisory or junior management assignments.
• Complete additional projects and duties supporting branch and regional development objectives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• English proficiency at CET-6 level or above.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and business acumen.
• Self-motivated, mature, fast-learning, and willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and learn across different levels and functions.
