Logistics Specialist

hirify.global Corporation is a multinational manufacturer operating chemical production and logistics activities.

What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics, including warehouse, transportation, loading, unloading, and drumming operations.
• Prepare customs declarations and import documentation, and coordinate import and export procedures.
• Support export delivery management, troubleshooting, and customer complaint handling.
• Supervise isotank fleet operations and support safe bulk logistics, storage tank construction, and customer unloading facilities.
• Investigate logistics service complaints, define corrective and preventive actions, and monitor their effectiveness.
• Analyze logistics KPIs, support third-party provider improvement, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; a chemical education is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in international logistics.
• Fluent English in reading and writing is required.
• Strong knowledge of import and export processes and experience communicating with customs and other government authorities.
• Strong computer skills, especially SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work across organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in a regional or global multinational company.
• Strong supply chain knowledge.
• Technical logistics and product knowledge related to complex MDI transportation.
