Account Manager II (Energy Systems)

Location: San Diego, California, USA

Salary: $71,800–$107,700 USD annual, plus eligibility for variable compensation and short- and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Manage assigned hirify.global accounts and related support organizations across the San Diego territory.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term sales plans and business strategies for key accounts.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Build customer relationships, serve as the primary point of contact, and resolve account issues.
• Partner with Marketing on product launches, programs, and channel-specific promotions.
• Expand revenue through new customer development, existing-account growth, product reviews, and key account initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of retail account experience in sales or marketing.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to provide product knowledge training and communicate customer and market insights to internal stakeholders.
