Building Maintenance Technician (HVAC)

Location: Onsite at S45W29290 WI-59, Waukesha, WI 53189, USA. Monday–Friday, 5:30 AM–2:30 PM. Occasional travel required.

What you will do

• Perform emergency, routine, and preventive HVAC maintenance, including filter and belt changes.
• Inspect and test equipment, troubleshoot daily issues, and complete quick fixes and repairs.
• Maintain rooftop units, overhead doors, office furniture, and other facility infrastructure.
• Complete general repairs such as painting, wallpaper repairs, and bathroom fixture repairs.
• Maintain indoor and outdoor facilities through cleaning, trash and recycling management, snow removal, grass cutting, landscaping, and parking lot cleaning.
• Communicate effectively, maintain safe working practices, train employees, and support facilities personnel as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of experience in building or facilities maintenance, industrial equipment maintenance, automation, or product repair.
• Ability to stand and walk regularly, use hands to manipulate objects or controls, and occasionally stoop, bend, reach overhead, and lift 25–50 pounds.
