Equipment Maintenance Technician III-1 (HVAC)

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, facility repairs, and equipment upkeep in a manufacturing environment.
• Inspect and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and building systems.
• Respond to urgent maintenance calls and complete timely repairs while following safety, health, and quality procedures.
• Assist with planning and executing production assembly line installations, including building control systems from technical prints.
• Install and start up new equipment and production lines, including power distribution systems.
• Maintain repair records, identify safety hazards, and improve manufacturing safety, quality, and productivity through root cause analysis.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of plant-level operations experience in a high-volume, mixed-model production environment.
• Industrial maintenance experience, including knowledge of equipment, maintenance techniques, schematics, and preventive maintenance methods.
• Experience reading and interpreting electrical, mechanical, and fluid power prints, mechanical drawings, and technical specifications.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power distribution systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Experience as an industrial maintenance supervisor or in a similar role; ability to motivate a team is required.
