Shift Maintenance Technician

Location: Liverpool, Merseyside, United Kingdom; onsite across two Liverpool locations

What you will do

• Complete routine and emergency repairs to equipment, fixtures, fittings, and building systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support operators in returning equipment to productive operation.
• Maintain gas-fired boilers, including chemical maintenance and readings, across two sites.
• Maintain water softeners, reverse osmosis water systems, water rigs, filters, and membranes.
• Perform utilities readings, packroom checks, EOC testing, inspections, and maintenance.
• Manage maintenance records and daily activities in MAXIMO while supporting production targets.

Requirements

• Apprenticeship-trained technician with an HNC or HND qualification.
• Electrical or mechanical technical background.
• Ability to work onsite across two Liverpool locations and follow shift-based workloads.
• Ability to complete accurate, audit-ready documentation and follow Health & Safety requirements.
