Order Management Associate - Italian Speaker

Location: Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; onsite role aligned with Italy working hours from 2PM to 11PM MYT (+8) and Italian public holidays

What you will do

• Manage customer orders from order entry through product delivery.
• Communicate directly with customers and internal departments to support end-to-end order management.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, and manufacturing teams to meet customer requirements.
• Build foundational knowledge of compliance and commercial operations.

Requirements

• Computer literacy and foundational Microsoft Office skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication, organization, prioritization, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Italian language skills are required.
• Ability to work Italy working hours from 2PM to 11PM MYT (+8) and Italian public holidays.

Nice to have

• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP.
• Professional diploma or degree, or equivalent years of experience.
