F&I Support Specialist (Automotive)

Location: Dayton, OH, United States; hybrid schedule may be available after training for eligible associates, with up to two work-from-home days per week

Provides the Rates and Residuals tool used by car dealerships to identify loan rates for consumers financing vehicles.

What you will do

• Maintain the Rates and Residuals tool and keep lender rate information up to date.
• Interpret information received from lenders and enter rates data into the system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Rates and Residuals issues for customers.
• Suggest product improvements to the development team.
• Contact customers proactively to improve product utilization and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized approach.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
