Location: College Station, Texas, United States. Hybrid work may be available after training for eligible associates, with up to two work-from-home days per week.

What you will do

• Place and process product orders for Reynolds clients.
• Work with customers by phone and through online platforms to provide order support.
• Answer product questions and provide proactive recommendations after completing product training.
• Ensure order accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
• Suggest process improvements and support sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Remain at a computer workstation for extended periods during busy times.
