Customer Success Manager - Late Shift (Logistics)

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas, United States. This is a full-time, onsite position with daily in-office attendance and no remote work options, scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Salary: $45,000 base salary plus a competitive commission structure.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with an assigned portfolio of customers and support their freight transportation needs.
• Conduct customer meetings, build account strategies, track revenue trends, and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Manage account margins, credit profiles, cargo claims processing, and other account-related decisions.
• Act as a liaison between customers and support or operations teams to coordinate service delivery and resolve concerns.
• Consult with customers to improve the efficiency of their freight transportation processes.
• Maintain CRM account details, generate customer trend reports, develop new relationships, and communicate account status to leadership.

Requirements

• Experience managing customer relationships and account-related activities.
• Ability to analyze customer needs, revenue trends, competitive threats, and service opportunities.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, primarily by telephone and email.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, prioritize workload, and maintain accurate records.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle stressful situations.
• Ability to work onsite daily in the Little Rock office.
