Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities for production equipment, machinery, instruments, buildings, and plant systems.
• Oversee maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and packaging equipment.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, review documentation, maintain records, and ensure proper parts inventory.
• Lead root cause analysis, resolve equipment problems, and implement improvements to production methods, equipment performance, quality, cost, and cycle times.
• Manage contractors performing facility installations and capital projects, including equipment justifications and material procurement.
• Hire, train, coach, and review employees while coordinating with HR on recruitment and employee relations.
• Monitor safety activities and enforce workplace safety requirements.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in maintenance or a similar manufacturing environment.
• At least 4 years of experience in the position or a comparable role.
• At least 4 years of experience managing people or projects.
• Associate's degree in engineering, business administration, related studies, or vocational training.
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Nice to have

• Six years of experience in the field or a similar manufacturing environment.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, related studies, or vocational training.
