Maintenance Setup Lead (Blow Molding)

What you will do

• Coordinate maintenance and setup activities while ensuring product safety and quality.
• Identify potential machine mechanical and process issues and respond to daily equipment failures.
• Maintain equipment through preventive maintenance programs and help develop written and electronic maintenance procedures.
• Support engineering, process engineering, and production departments.
• Develop and deliver training for new equipment, machine repairs, component rebuilds, and corrective actions.
• Maintain awareness of facility support equipment, HVAC, fire systems, and incoming utilities while organizing staff safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• General knowledge of blow molding machinery and processing.
• Advanced knowledge of industrial electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, supported by a related engineering degree or at least 10 years of experience.
• Strong technical background, communication and interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize work, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds continuously and perform frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and twisting; availability for off-shifts and weekends is required.

Nice to have

• Related engineering degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Emaint; AutoCAD and Oracle knowledge is a plus.
