Lead/Senior Process Engineer (First and Last Mile Operations)

What you will do

• Coordinate planning and engineering activities for pickup and delivery operations, with a primary focus on first-mile and last-mile efficiency and service performance.
• Plan and optimize station, sorting system, hub, and gateway operations to improve throughput and productivity.
• Support in-country ground movement, road network execution, vehicle, and ground support equipment planning.
• Assist with air and ground network implementation, including commercial airlift operations.
• Support customs clearance planning and compliant, timely cargo handling.
• Develop contingency plans, support business continuity, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on operational improvement projects.

Requirements

• 4–9 years of relevant experience or equivalent in industrial engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing and optimizing air freight operations.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with software and technology tools used in air freight planning and logistics.
• Understanding of international air freight regulations, customs procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail in cargo movement and operational planning.
