What you will do

• Manage operations across multiple regional facilities, including maintenance, janitorial services, landscaping, security, and building systems.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs, inspections, audits, emergency escalations, and compliance with safety standards.
• Develop and manage operating budgets, capital expenditures, vendor contracts, five-year capital plans, and forecasts.
• Oversee capital projects from planning through completion, including vendor negotiations, contract approvals, and execution.
• Manage owned and leased real estate, including lease reviews and negotiations.
• Partner with site leadership, department heads, corporate teams, vendors, and service providers to support workplace and facility needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in facilities management or project management, including multi-site responsibility.
• Experience managing budgets, contractors, facility-related projects, and cross-functional relationships.
• Strong communication, customer service, critical thinking, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record meeting company insurance requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management technology platforms.
