Production Associate O1 (SVLM) 1st Shift, Mon - Fri, 6:00am - 2:30pm

Location: Onsite in Logan, Utah, United States; first shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm.

What you will do

• Follow production policies, work instructions, schematics, EHS requirements, quality inspections, GMPs, and good documentation practices.
• Manufacture small-volume liquid media in accordance with production processes and product specifications.
• Complete required quality and compliance training within established deadlines.
• Identify and report quality or compliance concerns and take corrective action when required.
• Maintain controls related to non-conforming and rework documentation, stop orders, concessions, ESD, calibration, preventive maintenance, material identification, and segregation.
• Collaborate with team leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or local equivalent.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions, policies, procedures, and schematics.
• Ability to communicate effectively with production and engineering leadership.
• Ability to work onsite in Logan, Utah, and follow the first-shift schedule.
• Ability to work in an ISO5 environment and wear cleanroom gowning, chemical-resistant clothing, and safety glasses or goggles.
• Ability to frequently climb stairs and ladders, squat, kneel, crouch, reach, and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs; heavier weights may occasionally be moved with assistance.

Nice to have

• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office programs.
