Manufacturing Development Program (Manufacturing)

Location: Texas, United States; relocation after completing the program is crucial. The program also requires a minimum of 3 weeks of travel to other plant locations.

What you will do

• Complete a 15-month rotational program across plant departments, including Production, Maintenance, and Warehouse.
• Work on cross-departmental cost- and time-saving projects with measurable impact on plant performance.
• Rotate through additional functions such as Operations, Engineering, Human Resources, or Quality Assurance, subject to availability and interest.
• Act as a Plant Supervisor for 6 months and lead a shift in a manufacturing environment.
• Present experiences and project outcomes to local and regional leadership and act on feedback.
• Complete Lean Six Sigma Yellow and Green Belt training and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Engineering, Business, or another field is preferred.
• No prior manufacturing or people/project management experience is required.
• Preferred experience includes up to 2 years in manufacturing or people/project management and 1 year of internship experience.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Passion for continuous improvement, teamwork, learning, problem-solving, and leadership.
