Starting pay: $25.98 per hour

What you will do
- Operate high-speed converting, packing, and automated material-handling equipment.
- Control production processes through computer terminals and maintain production flow.
- Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and basic equipment-related work.
- Maintain accurate production records and data.
- Support production performance, product quality, safety, and hygiene objectives.
- Work rotating 12-hour shifts across a 24/7, seven-day-per-week operation, including weekends and possible overtime.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
- Be willing and able to work rotating shifts and any shift in a 24/7 operation.
- Use basic hand and power tools and operate site material-handling equipment such as forklifts and clamp trucks.
- Stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, climb, bend, stoop, squat, twist, turn, and enter confined spaces.
- Wear required personal protective equipment, including hearing and eye protection, bump caps, safety shoes, and steel-toed shoes in accordance with OSHA requirements.
