Salary: $112,200–$159,400 per year

What you will do

• Lead the reliability engineering team supporting emergent and routine technical needs at power-generating facilities.
• Provide engineering leadership for diagnostics, equipment monitoring, inspections, troubleshooting, and plant performance.
• Implement Long-Term Asset Maintenance strategies and translate enterprise maintenance strategies into site-specific execution plans.
• Initiate and support capital projects, overhaul scopes, design-basis control, and equipment or system improvements.
• Lead root cause analyses, share lessons learned, and improve reliability through predictive and condition-based maintenance.
• Support compliance with NERC reliability standards and identify gaps, single points of failure, and high-impact failure risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience in power plant engineering, OEM, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
• Technical knowledge of power plant engineering, design, and technical support.
• Experience managing, training, coaching, and developing engineering staff.
• Work at the Pueblo, Colorado site.
• Selection may include testing or an assessment.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer, Certified Reliability Leader, or PMP certification.
• ABET-accredited bachelor’s degree or higher.
