Asset Reliability Manager

Location: US - TX - Corpus Christi; based at the Corpus Christi plant in Ingleside, Texas

Salary: $132,370.00–$206,829.00 annually, with a 14% annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Develop and execute three-year reliability improvement plans and five-year asset strategies.
• Establish asset lifecycle plans, equipment criticality assessments, retirement strategies, and site infrastructure plans.
• Lead predictive maintenance, condition-based monitoring, inspection, mechanical integrity, and asset health reporting programs.
• Analyze asset performance, production losses, maintenance costs, and reliability KPIs; lead Lean, RCFA, and defect elimination initiatives.
• Integrate reliability strategies into daily operations, turnaround planning, capital projects, and design execution.
• Lead and develop engineers, technicians, and inspectors while managing reliability budgets and capital resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 7+ years of relevant industrial experience, or 10+ years of operations or maintenance experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading reliability programs and strong knowledge of RCA, FMEA, and predictive maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS systems; SAP is preferred.
• Understanding of PSM and mechanical integrity programs, with strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship, including H-1B, F-1 OPT, TN, or other non-immigrant status sponsorship, is not currently available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of API, ASME, NFPA, NEC, and ISA standards.
• Project or program management experience.
• SAP PM and Finance knowledge.
• Familiarity with RAGAGEP and safety instrumented systems.
• Experience applying Lean methodologies to maintenance processes and implementing business systems.
