Senior Transcreation Manager - French Speaking

Location: London, UK; hybrid working with teams in the office around four days a week

What you will do

• Act as the primary client contact, managing expectations, deliverables, timelines, brand guidelines, feedback, and escalations.
• Validate and triage localization briefs to internal and external linguists and Production/Studio teams.
• Own translation and transcreation projects end to end, from briefing and scoping through delivery and billing.
• Select linguists based on project requirements, availability, timelines, and budget, and provide performance feedback.
• Manage budgets, track costs, reconcile estimates with actual spend, and handle purchase orders and client billing.
• Use and evaluate AI-led tools for translation, transcreation, quality assurance, and cultural insight while maintaining creative nuance and brand tone.

Requirements

• French speaker required.
• Ability to start by mid-August 2026.
• At least three years of experience in localization project management.
• Experience briefing and managing internal or external linguists across copy localization projects.
• Strong client-facing communication skills and confidence working with local and international stakeholders.
• Knowledge of localization workflows, design and layout constraints, quality assurance methodologies, CAT tools, and TMS platforms such as XTM or XTRF.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Unifyr.
• Additional language knowledge.
• Practical experience with AI-led translation and transcreation tools, including prompting or retraining AI agents and engines.
