Localization Project Manager [AQ-14690]

What you will do

• Provide localization production support to internal business partners.
• Review submitted files, prepare them for translation management systems, and create projects for appropriate vendors.
• Coordinate handoffs and resolve queries between vendor project managers and internal submitters.
• Track project requirements and ensure timely delivery of localized files.
• Review vendor quotes and billing summaries for accuracy.
• Provide technical support for internal users of translation management systems and participate in stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• Client-side localization project management experience.
• Localization project management experience at a language service provider.
• Experience with internal localization tools and translation management systems.
• Experience working with localization file formats, including HTML, XML, and content creation and publishing formats.
• Exceptional attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes and tools.
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with a leading translation management system and internal localization platforms.
• Proficiency in a language other than English.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Interest in cutting-edge technology products.
