Recruiter (Full-Cycle)

Location: Remote, open worldwide. Listed locations: Johannesburg, South Africa and Nigeria.

What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client kickoff and role scoping through sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and placement.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned clients and build strong working relationships throughout each search.
• Lead kickoff calls to align on requirements, hiring criteria, processes, and timelines.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using traditional recruiting methods and AI-enabled tools.
• Manage candidate pipelines, communications, ATS records, and recruitment systems.
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities while driving searches through signed offers and successful placements.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in full-cycle or full-desk recruiting.
• Experience managing the recruitment process from client-facing kickoff calls through offer and placement.
• Comfort using AI tools for sourcing, screening, and recruitment workflows.
• Strong communication, relationship-management, ownership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for technology and sales roles.
• Familiarity with modern ATS platforms such as Ashby and recruitment CRM tools.
• Prior experience in an agency or staffing environment.
