Vendor Operations Manager (Localization)

Location: Dublin, Ireland

Salary: €80,000–€82,000 per year, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage multiple vendor programs supporting localization and testing for hirify.global products.
• Serve as the primary internal and external contact for assigned vendor engagements.
• Monitor vendor work using standardized metrics, improve SLAs, manage escalations, and review quality.
• Support vendor resource planning, training, certification, best-practice adoption, and tools access.
• Design and launch workflows, including RFIs/RFPs, pilots, experiments, and long-term operations, with procurement and business owners.
• Re-engineer processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and vendor partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in operations or business management and vendor management.
• 5 years of experience using analytics or project management tools to address business issues.
• Experience managing vendor-based operations and tracking business targets and metrics.
• Strong communication, influencing, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and investigative skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing localization programs, contact center operations, field operations, or technical support operations.
• Experience driving continuous operational improvement and managing vendor performance.
