Electrical System Installation Design Engineer (Aerospace)

Location: Bangalore Area; the role description also states that the position is based in Toulouse, France.

What you will do

• Design and validate electrical harnesses, electrical boxes, and control-unit installations.
• Contribute from architecture definition and feasibility studies through detailed design, manufacturing support, and in-service activities.
• Apply relevant regulations, installation processes, methods, tools, and procedures.
• Manage the complexity of electrical systems integration and participate in collaborative engineering with industrial and production teams.
• Coordinate with engineering offices and stakeholders across systems analysis, configuration design, CAD, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, certification, and airworthiness.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of engineering experience.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in electrical systems installation and ATA92.
• Advanced French and full professional proficiency in English.
• Adaptability, proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and collaborative working skills.
• Eligibility for security clearance is required.
