Certification Specialist (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Define and negotiate certification plans with airworthiness authorities for system modifications.
• Coordinate designers, suppliers, test centers, and pilots to ensure timely issuance of means of compliance.
• Manage interfaces with airworthiness authorities throughout the certification process.
• Lead continuous airworthiness assessments and investigate potential safety issues.
• Develop preventive and corrective actions and contribute to system safety analyses, including Functional Hazard Analysis and System Safety Assessment.

Requirements

• Significant professional experience in system safety, system certification and qualification, or autoflight system development.
• Knowledge of system physical architecture, integration, and engineering.
• Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• High autonomy, team spirit, and the ability to build trust with multidisciplinary teams and authorities.
• Negotiation-level English.
