What you will do

• Develop expertise in the end-to-end installation of complex aircraft electrical systems, including definition, design, manufacturing, testing, and maintenance.
• Learn local-line processes, methods, tools, and customer services.
• Help define and drive future digital and operational ways of working.
• Build foundational expertise in Technical Data Wiring and data management.
• Complete rotational placements in manufacturing ground testing, functional electrical and system design, technical data publication, and technical data programme activities.
• Progress into the Technical Data Wiring Engineer position at the end of the two-year programme.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering, or equivalent, in the electrical domain.
• Recent graduation or initial professional experience in aerospace engineering or technical data.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to future innovation.
• Self-awareness and motivation to actively drive professional development.
• Eligibility for security clearance is required.
