Senior Product Engineer (Aerospace & Defense)

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and develop the EDS product line for aerospace and defense markets.
• Identify new project opportunities, analyze organizational needs, and communicate with management and EDS core and execution teams.
• Lead RFQ/RFI activities, advanced project work, and delivery of technical inputs on time and to quality standards.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, external service providers, universities, and internal EDS organizations to create synergies and drive vertical integration.
• Support handover to execution teams and ensure project teams are equipped to deliver new programs.
• Prepare, control, and report the budget, progress, and support requirements for the assigned organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years of experience in the electrical sector in technical and commercial functions.
• Proven aerospace industry experience and an established professional network.
• Experience translating existing products, expertise, and capabilities into value for the aerospace industry.
• Technical and commercial expertise, strategy development skills, and a target- and results-driven approach.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing is required; good French is advantageous. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.
