Solutions Manager (Logistics)

What you will do

• Analyze logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce trends in the Middle East to identify business opportunities.
• Work with sales teams to gather and analyze client requirements and business challenges.
• Design and optimize end-to-end solutions covering warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.
• Prepare solution proposals, presentations, demonstrations, and technical documentation for clients.
• Provide solution expertise, technical support, and training to sales teams.
• Participate in client negotiations, support implementation, and improve solutions based on performance and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics management, supply chain management, international trade, e-commerce, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in solution design, technical pre-sales, or consulting within logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or technology.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, transportation, international freight forwarding, customs clearance, and cross-border e-commerce solutions.
• Excellent solution design, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent English required as a working language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, teamwork, stress tolerance, and willingness to travel as required.
