Security Cyber Risk & Compliance Specialist - On-site Hampshire

Location: Farnborough, Hampshire, United Kingdom; onsite 5 days per week. Candidates must have the right to work in the United Kingdom and meet applicable UK Government and contractual personnel security and residency requirements. Some roles may also have nationality requirements.

What you will do

• Support security initiatives under the direction of senior security personnel.
• Help implement security policies and standards in collaboration with the security team.
• Monitor, document, and escalate security events and incidents.
• Support incident response investigations and reporting.
• Assist with compliance activities, audits, and maintaining current security documentation.
• Contribute to security awareness training and stay informed about security best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Relevant industry experience in a similar role and proven information security experience.
• Proficiency in risk management, compliance, and security technologies.
• Continuous learning and awareness of industry developments and technology.
• Eligibility to meet applicable UK Government and contractual security and residency requirements, plus the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification.
