Cyber Security Culture Consultant (Cybersecurity): Designing and delivering security awareness, user engagement, and behaviour change initiatives that embed secure behaviours into everyday work with an accent on organisational security culture, human factors, and stakeholder influence. Focus on assessing behavioural risks, creating measurable audience-appropriate campaigns, and applying consulting and cyber security methodologies to complex client challenges.
Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with attendance at the office at least two days a week

What you will do
- Assess organisational security culture, behavioural risks, and control gaps to develop targeted improvement plans.
- Design and deliver human-centred cybersecurity interventions that support sustainable behaviour change.
- Develop security awareness and culture strategies tailored to different audiences.
- Create clear, measurable, engaging, and audience-appropriate security campaigns and communications.
- Build stakeholder relationships and influence secure behaviours across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Apply consulting, cybersecurity, and behaviour change methodologies while supporting capability development, bids, and business development.
Requirements
- Proven experience driving security culture transformation and embedding behaviour change across diverse organisations.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity risk and the human factors influencing secure behaviours.
- Experience designing and delivering awareness, engagement, or behaviour change initiatives and explaining complex topics in plain English.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Holistic understanding of cybersecurity across people, process, and technology, plus experience delivering cross-functional cybersecurity or culture programmes.
- Relevant cybersecurity qualifications or certifications and up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, threat landscapes, and security culture trends.

Hiring process
- Initial call with a technology recruiter.
- Two 60-minute competency or technical interviews, covering both formats.
- Final 60-minute meeting with a PA leader, including a mini case study and discussion of client-centricity.
