Cyber Security Supervisor (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead, support, develop, and assess a team of Cybersecurity Analysts.
• Oversee daily security monitoring, incident investigation, response coordination, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and runbooks for incident response and other security operations, emphasizing automation.
• Lead threat hunting and incorporate threat intelligence into security operations.
• Oversee vulnerability scanning, assessment, remediation, and related policies and procedures.
• Maintain operational oversight of SIEM, XDR, SOAR, endpoint detection and response, and identity and access management tools; support audits and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8–12 years of related experience.
• 8+ years of information technology experience, including at least 3 years in security operations.
• 6+ years of combined experience in security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, or Governance, Risk and Compliance.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, network security, incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with scripting languages, SIEM systems, and other security operations tools.
• Ability to respond to urgent cybersecurity matters outside normal business hours when required.

Nice to have

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GCIH, or GCIA.
• Experience with cloud security and cloud-based security operations.
