Production Coordinator - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Thornton, California, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

Hourly pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

What you will do

• Prepare production reports covering plant activity.
• Maintain inventory records for production-related items and supplies.
• Prepare production downtime reports for payroll.
• Request product codes and verify that production sheets are numbered and logged correctly.
• Prepare cycle count and inventory adjustments, production and shipping packets, and regular or special reports.
• Revise product costing and perform other assigned production coordination duties.

Requirements

• High school graduation and experience in business or office procedures.
• At least six months of experience in an office environment.
• Working knowledge of computers and business software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
