What you will do

• Maintain and update product reference databases for the Norwegian market.
• Classify, standardize, and organize product information according to established hierarchies and business rules.
• Identify and implement data updates, corrections, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with local teams and stakeholders to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and enrich database content.
• Investigate routine data issues, perform quality checks, and apply corrective actions.
• Document data management procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent Norwegian and good written and spoken English.
• Experience in data entry, database maintenance, data management, or a similar administrative role is valued.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Professional communication skills via email and phone, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
