Senior Business Intelligence & Data Analyst (Medtech)

Location: On-site in Barcelona, Spain or Prague, Czech Republic; travel up to 10%.

What you will do

• Design and deliver end-to-end Power BI solutions, including data models, interactive dashboards, and scalable semantic layers.
• Build and optimize data architectures integrating ERP, CRM, CPQ, and other enterprise data sources.
• Develop efficient SQL queries and support data warehousing, transformation, and normalization.
• Establish and govern KPI frameworks for consistent and reliable business reporting.
• Drive data quality, governance, documentation, access control, and reporting best practices.
• Perform exploratory analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling for sales and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Strong experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design.
• Knowledge of data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience integrating CRM systems such as Salesforce, ERP platforms, and other enterprise systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in sales operations, preferably in the sanitary or pharmaceutical sector.
• Experience with Lean change management, Lean transformation, or data-driven transformation methodologies.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
